How do I change my phone number?
Modifying your phone number will update the contact information associated with your rider account. Therefore, you will be required to have access to this number in order to log in to your rider app. Additionally, this phone number will serve as the primary contact for receiving your ride notifications.
To change your registered phone number:
- Open the rider app and tap on the three lines (menu) in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on your name at the very top of the screen.
- Tap on 'Phone Number' under the 'Account Details' list.
