How do I add credit card as a payment method?

⚠️ Important Note!

Designating a credit card as your default payment method will automatically charge your credit card for each ride. Always ensure that your default payment method is set to your preferred payment type before initiating your ride.

Steps to Add a Credit Card Payment Option:

  1. Open the Rider App: Launch the WexExpress rider app on your device.
  2. Access the Menu: Tap on the three horizontal lines (menu) located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Navigate to Account Details: Tap on your name at the top of the menu to access your account details.
  4. Select Payment Method: Under the 'Account Details' section, tap on 'Payment Method'.
  5. Add New Payment Method: Tap on 'Add a new payment method' and enter your credit card information as prompted.

Privacy Assurance

We cannot see or access the credit card information you enter. Your credit card will only be used for actual rides that you take.
