How To Ride With WexExpress
Download Our Rider App
For the easiest and most convenient way to manage your travels, download our new WexExpress Rider App. Available on Android and iOS, the app lets you book, pay, and track your rides directly from your phone. You can also view past rides and manage upcoming ones all in one place.
Schedule Your Ride
- Via App: Open the WexExpress Rider App, create your account, and enter your pickup and drop-off locations. The app will confirm your trip details and provide you with a pickup time.
- Call or Text: Dial (231) 779-0123 to speak with our customer service team, or send a text with your trip request. For same-day service, please contact us immediately; however, booking at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.
Provide Your Details
- When booking, share your name, phone number, pickup address, and drop-off address. Providing your name and phone number helps us keep you informed of any updates or changes to your ride. Optionally, you can provide your birth date to check if you qualify for any special discounts.
Confirmation
- After booking, you'll receive a confirmation of your pickup date and time. If there are any changes, our customer service team will reach out to you directly.
