Retrieve Lost Items

If you believe that you lost a personal item while riding on a WexExpress vehicle, you may call our customer service center at (231) 779-0123 or email us at CustomerService@wexexpress.us during our regular hours of operation, Monday thru Friday, from 5 am - 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am-noon. You will need to give a complete description of the item you are looking for.

Please note:

  • WexExpress is not liable for any items left on WexExpress property.
  • We make every attempt to recover and return lost items to the rightful owner.
  • WexExpress will not keep food or other perishable items.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for your items to be found and be available for recovery.
  • We will discard any items not recovered within 30 days.
