How do I reset my password?
To change your password:
- Open your rider app and click on the three lines (menu) in the upper left-hand corner.
- Tap on your name at the very top of the menu.
- Tap on 'Password' located under 'Account Details.
- You must enter your current password, but then you can set a new one.
If you need further assistance, we are here to help! We can't change your password for you, but we can send you a temporary password that can be sent to your email address on file, and then can be used to sign in.
