Your credit card was charged for your ride

If you have downloaded and registered for our rider app, any trips that are scheduled through our dispatch office or from you on the app will be displayed in the app. The app will always use whatever payment method you have set as your default to pay for your ride at the time of boarding. If you have a credit card selected as a payment option, and it's set as your default, it will charge your credit card for your ride.


If you want to have your credit card as a payment option but do not want to use it to pay for your rides by default, then change your default payment method.


If you had your credit card charged for a ride, and you still paid for your ride via cash or ticket when your ride arrived, please contact us at CustomerService@wexexpress.us and we will be happy to assist you!
