Removing Your Credit Card From Your Account
In order to remove a credit card that you added to your account on the app, follow these steps:
- Open the WexExpress app on your mobile device
- Go to the Payment Methods section
- Touch the icon of the card, and slide your finger to the left while 'dragging' it. Then, the option to 'Delete' will appear.
- Click on 'Delete' and then 'Yes' when asked for confirmation of deletion. The card will no longer be an option as a payment method.
WexExpress staff is unable to add or remove credit card data from our system. Any credit card information in the system must be handled by the customer only. If you have any difficulties managing your credit card, reach out to Customer Service at CustomerService@wexexpress.us
